I'm working on not eating as often as I normally...
Breakfast, lunch, maybe a snack if i’m hungry after school, then dinner. The end.  Today, when I got home, I put down my stuff and went to get some Sesame Sticks to eat while I watch The Lying Game.  But then I thought, I’m not even hungry. You don’t need these. And I put them down. So now, I’m just sipping on water. I’ll have dinner around 5:30 then off to church...

Physical Therapy went really well today.
I’m REALLY starting to feel the soreness in my thighs, butt, ankles, calves, everywhere.  It’s the best physical activity that I’ve had in a while.  Today was rough and pretty hard on the ankles, but it still went well!  And now I’m home. Doing 6876575896879 different things for homework. My teachers must hate us.

I'm baaaaack!
With good news and bad. Eating healthy has been somewhat of a struggle...
My gran has been in the hospital since Sunday. Me and my mom have been pretty much eating whatever we can get our hands on. Which means hospital food or vending machines. Neither are a good option really. I plan on whipping it back into gear once Christmas is over and especially after the New Year. New Year, new me? I vote yes!

I neglect this blog BIGTIME.  And I could probably have that to blame for me slacking off on this whole diet/weight loss/health thing. I cooked dinner for the family tonight!
Mom had to work, so she asked me to go ahead and cook.  It was mighty yummy, even i did make it myself : ) We had: Chicken fried with some sprinkles of Natures Seasoning which is the best tasting seasoning everrrr.  And then some crisco to de-stick the pan, if that counts.  Then some AMAZING Brussel Sprouts,  ranch roasted potatoes and some biscuts! I feel like i'm really on track with this whole...

Food!
So for lunch i had a little microwave meal thing.  Chicken Parmesan meal.  I spilt half of the noodles down the sink when i was straining the thing out.  That’s a sign that i didn’t need to eat it all!! WOOOO!

I've eaten vury healthy today!!
Breakfast: Chocolate Wheat Thins i know this isn’t the best choice, but it was the healthiest breakfast food the people i’m babysitting had! Guess who last 3.5 pounds in 6 days??!
This girl right here!! WOOHOOOOOOOO! I know that may seem like a lot for 6 days. But for these 6 days, I’ve watched what I’ve eaten and not eaten as much, so if this happens every week, I’ll be to 135 in no time, right : ))

But I found out today that the steroid pack I was on last week for my “chronic sinusitis” can make you gain 10-15 pounds. Great. Just what I need. I plan on weighing myself Saturday, not drinking ANYTHING but water, and then weighing myself of course again on the next Saturday, and then see if not drinking pop/milk/kool-aid/whatever will affect my weight??
